Make a purchase of a minimum of $5 to get started. Each loyalty card records up to $25 of spend.
Upon cashing out, request cashier initial appropriate spots (up to total spend). If you spend more than $25, feel free to request a second card for an additional entry.
Keep the card and reuse at your next visit or use at other participating restaurants.
How to enter:
- Scan the QR Code on the card which will direct you to a form. Complete the form and add a photo of the front of your card.
- OR drop off the card at the Berlin-Peck Memorial Library, be certain to include your full name and contact information on the card.
All entries will be reviewed and confirmed for authenticity.
All forms (including cards) are to be entered no later than midnight on December 7th, the drawing will take place the week of December 8th, and prizes will be distributed that same week.
