Make a purchase of a minimum of $5 to get started. Each loyalty card records up to $50 of spend.
How to get your card
Cards will be given to you in one of the following ways. Either by cashing out by your cashier/waitress or bartender, attached to your dine out order or by your request, after spending a minimum of $5

Keep the card and reuse at your next visit or use at other participating restaurants.
Eligibility
Once you have spent a total of $50 and have all slots initialed by restaurant staff, you're now eligible to enter a chance to win prizes.
Scan the QR Code
Scan the QR Code on the card which will direct you to a Entry Form.
Complete the Form
Complete the Entry Form. and add a photo of the back (initials side) of your card.
Drop off at the Berlin-Peck Library
OR drop off the card at our official drop off location: Berlin-Peck Memorial Library, be certain to include your full name and contact information on the card.
Entries Due
All entries will be reviewed and confirmed for authenticity. All forms (including cards) are to be entered no later than 9:00 PM April 15th, the drawing will take place on April 28th, and prizes will be distributed the week of April 28th.
